In this Privacy Policy, “Ledgerlyst,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the provider of the Ledgerlyst Services.

Ledgerlyst does not operate an account system, financial-data server, cloud-sync service, or bank connection that receives these records.
Ledgerlyst cannot view, retrieve, correct, or remotely delete locally stored App records.
Ledgerlyst is designed to process user-entered financial and organizational information locally on the user’s device.
The App accesses locally stored information only as needed to provide the features the user chooses to use. Ledgerlyst does not intentionally collect or transmit this information to Ledgerlyst-operated servers for analytics, advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

Apple or Google may process information such as your store account, payment method, country or region, device and transaction identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, fraud-prevention signals, and billing information under their respective privacy policies.

Ledgerlyst does not receive your full payment-card number.
The App receives limited information from the applicable store, such as the product involved and whether a purchase or restoration succeeded, failed, or is pending.
The App may store a local Premium-entitlement indicator in secure device storage so Premium features remain unlocked.
Ledgerlyst does not operate a separate server that stores your App purchase status.
Apple and Google may also make sales, financial, refund, and subscription reports available to Ledgerlyst through their developer portals.

Ledgerlyst uses store reports for purchase support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
If you enable a PIN or device authentication feature, related App settings are stored locally.
Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, and other biometric authentication are performed by your device’s operating system.
Ledgerlyst receives only an authentication result and does not receive or store your fingerprint, face scan, biometric template, or device passcode.
When you choose to create a backup, PDF, or other export, the App prepares the file on your device.
Export formats and included fields vary by platform and App version.
Exported files may contain sensitive financial information in readable form.
You choose where an exported file is saved or shared.
If you send it to a file provider, cloud-storage provider, messaging app, email service, or another person—including services such as iCloud Drive or Google Drive—the recipient or provider handles that file under its own terms and privacy practices.
Ledgerlyst does not control those services.
Imported files are read locally by the App to restore or change local records.
The Website does not contain Ledgerlyst-operated account registration, behavioral advertising, or analytics scripts.
However, operating a website necessarily involves technical requests.

When those images load, your browser may send Apple or Google your IP address, browser or device information, the page URL, and ordinary request details.
If you select a store link, the applicable store’s privacy policy governs your visit.
Values used in the interactive demo are processed within the open webpage.
The demo code does not intentionally transmit those values to Ledgerlyst or save them in cookies or persistent browser storage.
Those values are discarded when the page is closed or reloaded.
The main Ledgerlyst Website and interactive Ledgerlyst demo do not intentionally set cookies or use persistent browser local storage for personal financial information.
Certain separate interactive pages or website features may use browser local storage to preserve functionality or user-selected settings on that device. Information stored this way remains in the user’s browser unless removed by the user, the browser, or the applicable feature.
Ledgerlyst does not use browser local storage for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Netlify, Apple, Google, or another third-party service reached through the Website may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.
Ledgerlyst does not use behavioral tracking, cross-site advertising, or tracking cookies on its Website. Because Ledgerlyst does not conduct this tracking, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change Ledgerlyst's Website behavior.
The Website's hosting provider and external content providers may process ordinary technical request information as described in this Privacy Policy. Their independent processing is subject to their applicable privacy practices.

If you contact Ledgerlyst by email, Ledgerlyst receives your email address and any name, device information, screenshots, financial information, or other content you choose to include.

Ledgerlyst does not track users across applications, websites, or services for advertising or advertising-measurement purposes.
Ledgerlyst does not sell user data to data brokers and does not use user-entered financial information for targeted advertising.
The App does not intentionally access or use advertising identifiers for tracking users.
Ledgerlyst does not create advertising profiles from the personal financial information stored locally in the App.
Local App records remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App, subject to device backups or operating-system behavior outside Ledgerlyst’s control.
You control and must delete exported files from each location where you saved or shared them.
Apple and Google retain transaction and subscription records according to their policies and legal obligations.
A local Premium-entitlement indicator remains on the device until App data or the indicator is removed.
Netlify controls retention of information it processes as the Website’s hosting provider under its applicable terms and privacy documentation.
Ledgerlyst retains support communications only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning personal information held by Ledgerlyst, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing.
Because Ledgerlyst does not receive your locally stored financial records, it cannot fulfill server-side access or deletion requests for those records.

Ledgerlyst may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13.
Ledgerlyst does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has sent personal information to Ledgerlyst, contact us so the information can be reviewed and deleted where required.
Ledgerlyst uses reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information it receives, but no device, transmission, email system, storage location, or online service is completely secure.
